WASHLINC takes a different approach to car wash chemistry. We combine high-performance products with hands-on tunnel optimization, on-site manager training, accurate cost-per-car reporting and ongoing monitoring to help operators improve wash quality while maintaining control of chemical costs.

We begin by evaluating the chemistry, application equipment, settings, flow rates, water conditions and overall tunnel performance. The goal is to understand what’s happening today before making changes.

We optimize chemical application, equipment settings and product usage to improve wash quality while controlling cost. Then we train site managers on their own equipment—proper inventory procedures, daily chemical and equipment checks, weekly maintenance practices, volumetric testing and basic troubleshooting.

Chemical purchases don’t tell you what a wash is actually using. Using manager-entered inventory, deliveries and car-count data, WASHLINC measures actual chemical consumption and cost per car. Regular volumetric testing verifies application rates and helps identify changes or equipment problems before they become costly.

Our monthly performance reporting gives operators visibility into chemical usage, cost per car and performance by product and location. We use that information to identify unusual usage, catch problems early and make adjustments that help maintain wash quality while controlling chemical costs.
